Average orders take about 2-3 weeks to complete, so please factor that into your timeline.

How do I supply our details for the seating chart?

When will I receive my stationery?
Lead time for Custom Items is 2-3 weeks. This begins when we've received your details. If there is a delay in receiving your details we will send you an update on your delivery timeline.
If you need your items sooner than our Lead Time, rush fees will apply. Please note your event date in your purchase and we will be in touch with our availability and any applicable rush fees needed to complete your order.
Whats a Proof?
A Proof is an image of what your stationery will look like before it ships. Abbreviations may be necessary and font size slightly reduced in some cases in order to fit, depending on the amount of letters and numbers used.
Are there different shapes/sizes available?
We're happy to customize the shape and size of your stamp. Please contact us with your desired changes and quantity to receive a quote.
